Club Shop & Service Centre

The Arena Store is located by the north-east entrance to the stadium (Eingang Nordwest). The HSV Service Centre is right next to the Rautenwelt and is the place to go for any questions that you may have about HSV. The Arena Store is open Monday-Sunday from 10:00-18:00, and the Service Centre is open Monday-Friday from 10:00-18:00 and Saturday 10:00-16:00.

Museum & Stadium tours

Why not go on a stadium tour or a trip to the museum during your visit to the Volksparkstadion? Experience HSV underneath the stands and learn more about the historic club in the Rautenwelt. Prices and opening times can be found here.

Food & drink

You’ll find our restaurant “Die Raute” in the north-east corner of the Volksparkstadion. Open daily from 10:00-18:00, there's a wide range of tasty meals available for any appetite, before or after your stadium tour, trip to the museum or the club shop. More information here.

Travelling by car

From	Motorway	Exit
North/south	A7 A23	HH-Volkspark, follow signs for Volksparkstadion Exit the AK HH-Nordwest onto the A7 southbound, then HH-Volkspark, then follow the Schnackenburgallee and bear left onto the Sylvesterallee
East	A24	Follow the motorway until the roundabout, then follow signs for Volksparkstadion
West	A1	Take the A261 at the Buchholzer junction, then at the HH-Südwest junction take the A7 northbound to the HH-Volkspark, then follow the Schnackenburgallee and bear left onto the Sylvesterallee
Central Hamburg	-	Follow signs for "Arena"
