Ticketing service for fans with disabilities

Fans in a wheelchair can only book tickets for home games via our ticketing hotline (+4940 4155 1887).

Price: From €12 including guardian (dependent on which category the game falls under) upon presentation of a valid certificate of disability. If a guardian is registered on the certificate as well, they receive free entry to the game.

The booking of tickets for individual matches for fans with visual impairments can only be done via our ticketing hotline (+4940 4155 1887) or via e-mail (service@hsv.de), not via the online shop.

Price: From €12 (dependent on which category the game falls under) upon presentation of a valid certificate of disability. If a guardian is also included on the certificate, then this person also receives a discounted ticket.

Please contact fankultur@hsv.de if you would like to book tickets for an individual game. A booking should be made up to 14 days before the specified game via our fan liaison officer for accessibility. After that point, the seats not claimed are sold as normal tickets.

Fans with a disability level over 50%, can receive a blanket discount of €57 off the full price of a season ticket in the price categories 4, 5 and 6. No new season tickets are available for wheelchair users. If current season ticket holders don’t renew, then these places will become available.
