Robin Meißner suffers a partial tear to his MCL

Bad news for Hamburger SV just before the start of the season. Robin Meißner has suffered a partial tear to his MCL in his right knee. The 21-year-old striker got injured in training on Tuesday (20th July) and is now set for a spell on the sidelines. The youngster played in 10 league games for HSV last season, having a hand in five goals (3 goals, 2 assists).
