Pierre-Michel Lasogga on loan to Leeds United

HSV announced on Thursday (31.08) that they have loaned out Pierre-Michel Lasogga to English championship side Leeds United. The 25 year old striker who is under contract at HSV until 2019 has agreed terms on a year long deal which lasts until June 30th 2018: “We wish Pierre the best of luck in his new challenge in England and his push for promotion with Leeds”, said Rothosen sport boss Jens Todt. Leeds are currently in third place in the championship table.

Lasogga was initially on loan at HSV from Bundesliga rivals Hertha BSC before making the move permanent. He scored 30 goals and four assists in 1ß7 games for the Ro. His last goal was scored at Schalke on matchday 33 of last season. That strike helped HSV to stay in the Bundesliga.
