Details announced for matchdays 29–34
The German Football League (DFL) announced the dates and kick off times of Bundesliga matchdays 29–34 this week.
The exact dates and kick off times for the Bundesliga matchdays 29-34 were released by the DFL this week. In the final six games of the season the Rothosen will play three Sunday matches, including the much-anticipated game at Schalke’s Veltins Arena.
After the details were announced HSV fans must have thought they were listening to the same old song. Three Sunday games yet again. The DFL have also planned ahead in case Schalke reach the semi-finals of the Europa Cup. To accommodate that possibility the game in Gelsenkirchen will be played on the Sunday of that weekend instead of the usual Saturday fixture.
In a nutshell the derby clash in Bremen (16.04.17, 3.30 PM) as well as the game in Augsburg (30.04.17, 3.30 PM) and at home to 1. FSV Mainz 05 (07.05.17, 3.30 PM.) are all Sunday games. The home games against Darmstadt (22.04.17, 3.30 PM) and the final game of the season against VfL Wolfsburg (20.05.17, 3.30 PM) are Saturday games. At least the fans won’t have to change their watches as all games will kick off at 3.30 PM.
