Muscle fibre tear: Jonas David out for the time being

Bad news: Jonas David suffered a torn muscle fibre in his right thigh during team training yesterday (10 November). The 21-year-old central defender was already unable to play in today's test match against FC Nordsjaelland (7:4) and will be out for the next few weeks. To date, the homegrown player has been the only outfield player in the HSV squad who has not missed a minute of a match in 2021/22.

Fingers are crossed for a quick return to the pitch.
