Miro Muheim joins HSV on loan
The 23-year-old left-back signs for a year from Swiss side FC St. Gallen.
Hamburger SV have secured their next new signing for the 2021/22 season. Miro Muheim has joined on a one-year loan deal from Swiss side FC St. Gallen after completing his medical on Monday (14/6). “We have been tracking Miro for a while now. He has a lot of pace and is an attacking left-back. He likes to get forward and plays with real confidence,” explained HSV sporting director Michael Mutzel. Muheim, who played 24 times in the Swiss Super League last season, is excited for his new challenge in Germany: “I’m really happy that my loan deal is completed. After my time at St. Gallen, I would like to take the next step in my development, which is why I chose to join HSV. I had great conversations with the staff and the challenges here in Hamburg were really appealing to me.”
