Merry Christmas from HSV!

Hamburger SV signed off from 2023 with a 2-0 win away against 1. FC Nürnberg to end the year in third place. HSV fans have enjoyed a number of great moments at the Volksparkstadion this year, including a record 11 sold-out games in a row at home. Additionally, HSV women won promotion to the second division and have gone into the winter break top of the league again.

A number of various Hamburger SV teams have enjoyed success over the past year. One particular highlight for the club overall was reaching 100,000 members. The 2-0 victory in Nürnberg even ended a barren run on the road for Tim Walter’s team, a great way to finish the year.

Even if lots of rain and storms haven’t ensured for the optimal Christmas feeling in recent days, we hope you can enjoy a few relaxing days at home with your friends and family.
