HSV loan Marko Johnasson to VfL Bochum
The 24-year-old goalkeeper joins the Bundesliga club on loan until the end of the season.
After Aaron Opoku and Maximilian Rohr, Hamburger SV has signed another player in the form of goalkeeper Marko Johansson: The 24-year-old Swede is moving to VfL Bochum on loan until the end of the current 2022/23 season. The Bundesliga club at the foot of the table is thus reacting to the shoulder injury of substitute goalkeeper Paul Grave (21), who will be out for several months after an operation. "For Marko it is a new chance to prove himself. In Bochum he has the opportunity to do this at a high training level in a Bundesliga team. We will accompany this closely and wish him all the best!", explained HSV board member Jonas Boldt.
Johansson moved to HSV from his youth and training club Malmö FF for the 2021/22 season and played seven second division games for the Rothosen last season.
