The HSV family
Since 2011, it has been tradition at HSV for the whole club to take a picture as the season gets underway. This year was no different, with everyone from the under-11s up to the first team taking part in the photo session.
Take 184 HSV players, 115 coaches, helpers and employees and Dino Hermann. Put all of them in the West Stand of the Volksparkstadion. Place a photographer in the East Stand. The result? The ninth HSV family photo!
From the youngest HSV players in Norderstedt to the members of the Alexander-Otto-Akademie and the players and backroom staff of the first team. Every HSV team from the under-11s all the way up to the professionals met at the Volksparkstadion in September to take the now-traditional HSV family photo. Just as everyone was gathering to take the picture, the clouds parted momentarily so that there was perfect weather for the family portrait, which you can download here.
