Marco Drawz signs professional terms with HSV
The junior Polish international has a contract which runs until June 30th 2018.
Marco Drawz has come through the HSV ranks for seven years. Today on his 18th birthday the junior Polish international signed professional terms on a contract which runs until June 30th 2018 taking the next major step in his promising career. After Finn Porath, Frank Ronstadt, Dren Feka, Mats Köhlert, Jonas Behounek and Christian Stark, Drawz became the seventh youngster to commit to the Rothosen over recent months.

“Marco is a massive talent and we are glad that he has bought into our future plan. He fits the bill perfectly for a modern winger”, praised Dr. Dieter Gudel, Director Administration Sport and head of the club youth centre. Sport director Bernhard Peters sees the latest signing and further confirmation of the club’s fine youth project. He said: “Marco is further proof about the strength and quality of the training and coaching in our youth system. He is one of our absolute top performers. He is a good lad with great skill and is clever. He knows exactly how he wants to make it s a pro and he can make it.” Drawz currently plays for the under-19s under coach Daniel Petrowsky. The lad has scored three times in fourteen appearances and has been capped 17 times for Poland at youth level. The 18 year old told us: “It is my dream to walk out into the Volksparlstadion in a HSV shirt and today took my a step closer to that goal.”
