Friendly against Aarhus scheduled for international break
Hamburger SV are set to face Danish top-flight side Aarhus GF on Thursday, 10th October (kick-off 12:15 CEST).
The Rothosen have taken the opportunity presented by the second international break of the current 2024/25 season to schedule a friendly match against Danish outfit Aarhus GF for Thursday, 10th October. The game will kick-off at 12:15 CEST and will be available to watch on the HSV YouTube channel, with the livestream commencing shortly before the first whistle.
The clash with the side currently sitting third in the Danish Superliga will be the eighth friendly of the season for head coach Steffen Baumgart’s team. The 52-year-old has the full squad at his disposal for the contest, with the exceptions of those on international duty. That list includes Immanuel Pherai (Suriname), Emir Sahiti (Kosovo), Anssi Suhonen (Finland), Adam Karabec (Czechia U21), Fabio Balde (Germany U20) and Bilal Yalcinkaya (Germany U19). Among the remaining players is centre-back Lucas Perrin (pictured above), who wore HSV colours for the first time in the previous friendly match against Kiel (1-0 defeat).
