Filip Bilbija joins SC Paderborn

Midfielder Filip Bilbija has joined SC Paderborn 07. The 23-year-old, who joined HSV last summer from FC Ingolstadt, played 18 competitive games in his sole season at the clob, scoring one goal across a total of 165 minutes. “Filip always was always a model professional. We can understand his desire for more playing time but it wasn’t something that we could guarantee,” said director of football Claus Costa on the transfer. “We wish him and his family all the best for the future.”
