Dr. Thomas Wüstefeld resigns
The Executive Board member, who has been seconded from the Supervisory Board, informs the Supervisory Board of his immediate move during an extraordinary meeting.
Dr. Thomas Wüstefeld informed the supervisory body of HSV Fußball AG during an extraordinary supervisory board meeting called by the councillors for Wednesday evening that he is resigning from his position on the supervisory board and thus also from his interim role as executive board member with immediate effect.
The supervisory board accepted the decision and unanimously decided that Jonas Boldt will lead the operational business of HSV as sole board member for the time being.
"I am aware of the responsibility and will tackle the upcoming tasks in very close cooperation with my colleagues at the office as well as with the Supervisory Board and especially with the Finance Committee," says Jonas Boldt.
