HSV to face Silkeborg IF in pre-season friendly

Hamburger SV have announced another pre-season friendly. On 12th July, the Rothosen will host Danish first-division side Silkeborg IF. Head coach Kent Nielsen’s side finished second in the 1. Division last season, winning promotion to the Superligaen via the play-offs. It will be HSV’s third pre-season friendly, following matches against FC Wacker Innsbruck (1-0 win) and FC Augsburg (Wednesday, 7th July). The game against Silkeborg will take place behind closed doors.
